A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

A few
simple answers.

Do guests need an account?

No. Guests scan the QR code, enter their name and choose photos and videos. Their name is remembered when they return on the same device.

Does photo or video quality change?

Files are stored in original quality without compression. Voice recordings can be up to 10 minutes.

Can guests see other people's uploads?

No. Only the album owner can see all files. Guests can view and delete only their own uploads using information stored on their device. Clearing browser data removes this access.

How long is a package valid?

Each package is valid for 3 months from purchase. New packages have their own term. When one expires, files exceeding remaining active capacity are deleted starting with the oldest uploads. Download important memories before expiry.

Can I change the text on the card?

Yes. Change names, title, date, message and thank-you text. Choose from 48 designs, custom RGB colors, soft or round QR styles, portrait or landscape layouts, PNG, SVG and A4/A5 PDF. Formats include folded table cards, A4 posters, A5 table cards and 50 × 70 cm welcome boards.
